Jesuit Service-Cambodia Annual Meeting 2022!

The annual meeting for all JSC staff was held from 23 to 26 November 2022 at Sihanoukville.

The participants with a total of 64 staff came from all program offices including the National Office, Book Production, Magga, Ruom Center, New Banteay Prieb, Ecology and Light of Mercy Home in Phnom Penh as well as the provincial project offices from Mekong Wheelchair and Metta Karuna Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Battambang and Sisophon.

The meeting consisted of two focal topics:

1. “JSC Vision and Mission” to identify direction and sharpen activities towards successful goal implementation together

2. “Membership and Leadership” to enhance staff capacity building and sense of ownership

The participants obtained insightful knowledge from the topics as they were empowered to express their opinions during group sharing activities on JSC vision and mission, personal touching experiences when being on the duty, and what they captured from the trainings.

The annual meeting 2022 successfully ended with satisfaction from the participants to strengthen capacity building, value the beauty of Sihanoukville’s nature and create one of the remarkable gatherings of JSC family.
